I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can make sure we're a match for each other, as that's such an important part of the therapy work. I became a therapist because I wanted to learn how to effectively help people and it's become a passion. I create a non-judgmental space for you to discover and be you and we'll go where you want to go along your journey. My speciality is helping people navigate difficult relationships with the people they love. I will help you identify why they trigger you and we'll build skills in handling it. I will help you tap into yourself to make healthy decisions, so you feel empowered and not defeated.
